Droid X wallpaper issues

The droid X hides its wallpaper files from the PC by placing them in the root of the phone and not on the SD. Also the picture files from the camera and transfers are distorted badly by the photo sizing window. No option to set as wallpaper for any photo. Is this some sort of bad marketing idea to sell wallpaper?

the sizing thing is like that on all android phones because the phone makes the wallpaper big enough so u can scroll through the 5 home screens or however many u have

You can set any photo as wallpaper....
