If you can afford to take a chance on destroying a phone like that, more power to ya. Me personally, I think it was stupid. They were putting a lot of faith in the hopes that the nano coating was applied correctly. There are many stories in here of the Razr or a Maxx being ruined by a splash, a spilled pitcher, or a toilet dunk of a few seconds. But it's his phone so he can do whatever he wants to with it.
Well I feel safer if I get rained on or it gets dropped in the pool lol, still not trying that
just wanted to prove how waterproof this phone can be
You did it, no doubt. But that is still a big risk to take. But like I said you can whatever you want with your phone. Just don't ask to borrow mine.
24 hours later and works great
Why do I get the feeling that if the phone would have stopped working the op would have claimed warranty/insurance:icon_eek:.
DROID RAZR MAXXIMIZED!!!! PREPARE TO BE VANQUISHED!!!
I can throw my RAZR at a wall any day of the week, heck I actually do it a couple times a week for the lolz, but I cringed watching this video. Eeeeekkk!
Why the tub? Just drop it in a glass of water...get the same result.
Better yet...in the tub, start pushing buttons and opening apps and sound...then id be impressed. Even more so when someone does a water test as specs say it can do.
sent from a RAZR on a Harley!
