droid dna wont update

Hello I'm new to this forum so I hope I'm doing it right.
I have a droid DNA and I am having problems with the check update.
It will check for updates but it will flash really quick and will
Just stay there for a few mins and nothing.I'm using at&t for
service,but I put it to lte/cdma.can anyone help me out please

rsorry i'm so late in responding to you, i've not been on here lately. the update is being pushed by verizon and therefore the phone must be active on verizon network to receive the update. i had the same issue. i broke the screen on my dna back in december and had been using my husbands old maxxhd. i still played with the dna from time to time and still wanted to get the update, but it was a no go until i put my sim back in earlier this week and, voila, update came thru in a matter of minutes.
