Droid 1 Icons on Droid 2 How I do?

I agree with you completely.
If you use Launcher Pro, it'll let you change the icons, for theirs or custom ones which I was led to believe are .png files.

This has some of the stock icons that I like much better but... it claims they aren't supported.

They definitely work, but I can't change the icons on my home screen, only in the launcher :/
