I just downloaded 12 tracks from each of two CD's. In both cases on 3 appear when I click on
MyLibrary > AdbumName.

In the earlier OS version for my D4, all tracks were downloaded; with ICS, only 3 for each album appear; however, when I look at them using the Windows Explorer, I see all 12 in each subdirectory.

The only difference in content is that I downloaded them in WMA format instead of MP3 format.

Questions:

1. What did I do wrong?
2. Is there a better way to rip and burn? I used the free CyberLink Power2Go to rip, and just copied the WMA files to my memory card on my Droid 4.
3. Is there a recommended software package (free) that would do the whole process -- rip, convert to mp3, and copy to my D4 memory card?

I just use musicmatch jukebox to rip and always rip to Mp3 a higher quality like at least 192KPS or higher
then just rip to a folder on the desktop
plug your phone in and open the folder you want the musi into
open the folder on the desktop just drag the songs to the phone folder
I really don't like wma format at all to many programs are always looking for the protection file since it's in wma

Windows Media player also works well go into settings and set it up easy
