I've seen a few programs that lock the ringer on vibrate and a few threads here about this topic with no real answers.
What I want to do is disable my rocker. More precisely, turn off its ability to change any volumes, but still technically "function" so I can use the rocker and camera buttons for the left and right shoulder buttons while playing SNES.
If someone has a clue how to do this, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm willing to change core files, but I'm not rooted, nor do I want to root my phone right now.
