My Droid Bionic decided it only will work on 4g today. Tried everything but FDR to get it to connect to 3g still didn't. Unfortunately 4g is spotty in my area. Called tech support, the woman worked with me, and was very pleasant. Long story short, I ended up being able to get the S3 at contract price. Hear lots of complaints about their customer service, but I never have any issues with them. Just thought I share.
