I used 3 diff ROMs namely;
1 ViperDNA rom
2. NOS_m7_v3.0.3_GSM
3. EclipticNA-Revamped-Inverted[4.1.2][Sense5]

I have similar issues with all of them; I can access internet with firefox and opera, apart from this I can't install apps via 3G/HSDPA.
I can install apps via wifi and internet pass through. Apps installed are not working via 3G/HSDPA but my mails are dropping.
I have data bundle on my phone, access point is configured perfectly because I work in same Telecoms company(MTN Online).
I am based in Lagos, Nigeria.

try to use different google account instead of yours.. see if it helps
