Customizing double tap of home button?

Before the most recent restoring of my phone, I had the double tap of the home key assigned to the phone app. That customization is gone with the restoring of the OS, but I can't seem to find the setting for that. There is an app for that -- Home2 shortcut -- but I don't think I needed any app to reassign the function of the home key.

Does anyone know how I can reconfigure double tapping of the home button?

Custom launchers like Nova can customize functions like that.

Try Settings > Accessibility > Double Tap Home Launch. The options you had before should be there.

Yes!!!
Who would have associated accessibility with double tap of the home button.
I wonder if other Android phones offer similar built-in customization of the home button. The high number of posts that tell you to install an third-party app to customize double tap of the home button leads me to believe that people are not aware of this built-in feature.

I'm not sure how many phones have it built in, but my last few Moto phones have had that feature...since ICS or JB...can't remember which one added it.
