Considering a change. I had a rooted froyoed Eris and just got a Samsung fascinate and hate it...we are already getting replacement phones after only 2 months. I am considering selling the replacement on eBay and getting Droid x's off eBay....any advice or pros/cons about the Droid x?

That is what I did and I have no regrets. Love the bigger screen and Motos build quality.

I upgraded from a D1 about 10 days ago and love it.
The larger screen and better specs make it a no brainer IMO.

My husband loved his Motorola Droid...he got that when it first came out. This may be an option for him. I haven't decided yet.

I love my Droid X, and I am a woman. Then again, I came from an Evo, so I like the size.

Wife & I both had an Eris, switched to X's and are SO glad we did. She likes the X just fine, no problems with the size.

NO NO NO, not too big for female hands! I am extremely petite with very small hands and have a Trident Kraken case on it and its Perfect, one hand typing easy!! I only wish I updgraded from my Blackberry so much sooner I cant believe what I've been missing!

I did the same thing from the fascinate. Couldn't take it anymore. Have had the droid x for a month and don't regret it for a second. Just can't wait for my Kracken to get here.

I did the same thing just last week. Love my Droid X. Faster, larger memory, large screen and stable rom.

As a side note Verizon sent us replacement fascinates and they had the same problems. Right now I'm using an Incredible I got off eBay. I'm really liking it and can't wait to see if I like the X.

Agreed! Size always matters. I've never had a female tell me my Droid X was too big.
