It appears that ColorOS for Oppo devices is coming along quite smoothly. ColorOS just released a preview of their latest beta version which highlights many of the new features. v2.1 brings with it a whole new UI that is flatter with brighter colors giving the OS a more energetic look and feel. There are also lots of really smooth transition animations shown off in this demo. Screens fly in from every direction, and seem to do so with very little if any lag. You are able to customize your homescreen easily with the new widget and wallpaper picker. The new ColorOS is based on Lollipop and even comes with a customized LP easter egg. In the latest version of ColorOS as demoed in the video power up times are improved and overall performance seems faster and much snappier than previous versions. This OS is really beginning to shape up!
