Chick-fil-A-debuts-new-Egg-White-Grill-breakfast-sandwich-678x381.jpg

For those of us looking to drop weight, it's hard to find a breakfast sandwich that you can add to your diet. But Chick-fil-a is looking to change that with their new egg white grill sandwich. The grilled chicken sandwich is topped with egg whites, american cheese, and is sandwiched between a multi-grain english muffin. At 300 calories and 25 grams of protein this looks like it could be a sandwich you could have to start your breakfast, just be careful to leave out the fruit juice and hash browns. Unfortunately to make room for this change, Chick-fil-a has discontinued the spicy chicken sandwich.

Do you agree with this change?

Well, any processed/fast food - regardless of how "healthy" they claim it to be - isn't actually the greatest for your health...

But I agree...not the spicy sandwich!!! It's not like they've got a vast assortment of choices on their menu to begin with!
