Charging to 100% or charged?

What is everyone doing? Has anyone noticed how long it takes to get from 100% to "Charged" ?

I noticed my phone took a substantial (will time it soon, but around 10 minutes) to go from 100% to "Charged" and I am not sure I picked it up right when it hit 100%.

Why it would display 100% instead and then charged is kind of weird to me...

I keep the screen tunred off when charging. Charges faster that way. When the LED light turns from red to green I take it off.
