Changed DPI on JB now Stuck on Bootloader

Just updated to JB today and wanted to change the DPI, used LCD Density Modder and now stuck on Bootloader. Please help. I can boot into Recovery but not sure what to do, tried wipe and factory reset but no joy, even tried reinstalling JB update but error pops up. Phone was rooted
