I woke up this morning to the new JB update asking to be installed and dove straight in. After updating, it booted fine, but the home screen would not appear so I restarted the phone using the power button. After the restart, it went into a infinite boot loop for about 30 minutes so I forced it to restart with volume down and power button and then went into recovery mode. When I go into recovery mode, I get the typical android laying down with red exclamation mark coming out and I was planning on just doing a factory reset, but when I try to press the vol up and down at the same time it won't take me to the options to reset to factory or clear cache.
Is there another alternative to factory resetting the phone? Maybe with the ADB? I cannot get the phone to boot, nor can I get the recovery mode to give me the option to do factory reset.
