Cant update to JB

Bought my bionic a while back and rooted it and used safestrap to use a JB rom.

Now that JB is out for the bionic ive been trying everything i can think of to update it. I've tried unrooting, uninstalling safestrap via the app itself and multiple factory resets. I try to update and it will get to about 25% after rebooting then of course the lil droid will die and i get a software update failed message.
Is there something i missed?

Are your trying to install over a previous version with out FXZ? If so FXZ the version your on.. then update. There might be some bloatware or other missing files needed to update.
