I would like to be able to use Shapewriter to type when the phone is in "portrait" orientation. I would then like to be able to use the standard keyboard when I am in landscape orientation.

Is this possible? I know I can press and hold and change the input type. I would like to set default inputs based on keyboard orientation.

Am I asking too much? :)

    Thanks!

It's an often expressed desire. Though I suspect it might be a bit kludgy in operation, it seems you could automatically select an input method based on a trigger from the accelerometer.
