Calendar Issues

I for some reason can not add or edit calendar events. When I try to hit the edit or add button it just blinks back to the home screen.

Any ideas?

I am running 2.2 on APEX.

I found out my problem, I froze the red email engine app and that's what caused the new/edit calendar entry to fail.
