Broke touchscreen on OG Droid, got a used one, anyway to clone the data?

I smashed the touchscreen on my OG Droid, bought another one and I am wondering if there is an easy way to copy all the data from one to the other?

Make a nandroid backup on your old D1, then swap sd card, restore it on the new one

Any step by steps for a novice?

Just follow the guide to root Droid 1 regardless of os version. At the end, you'll have a custom recovery to make a backup in. Backup, then repeat process for new D1. Only restore instead.
