Broke my Thunderbolt while unrooting, need help

I am trying to return my tbolt to stock so i can send it back into verizon. Everything was going great untill the last step. That is when this screen came up.
I cant get it to do anything now. It keeps coming back to this screen everytime i start it up. PLEASE HELP!!!!
