Boot up to Vibrate only?

So I just noticed that whenever I boot up my Droid, it only boots up in Vibrate. I've changed the settings but everytime I restart it always goes to vibrate. Any fixes?

hmm, nevermind. My problem was I always got it sitting in my Media dock, it only boots to vibrate in there only. Interesting how it switches when docked....
