The screen is blank, back light for it is on. The phone is loading just the screen isn't showing anything but the back light. The touchscreen functions still work, though I am unsure what I am touching obviously.

Anyone know a fix to make it reload the drivers maybe? I cant hard reset cause I cant see whats happening.

if you pull the battery, then put it back in... then, hold x on the slide out keypad while powering the phone on, does anything happen? If you don't have anything on your screen at that point, probably best to take it back to verizon.

However, if you can see something at that point, you can do a reset to factory default.

So, when you turn it on, do you even see the 'M' motorola logo?

I tried to do that and I dont see anything. During the whole boot nothing shows up on the screen but it makes all the sounds like normal.
