bluetooth connection problem

i got my bluetooth to work with my bionic but my widget from my home screen wont connect it, it will turn the blue tooth on but i have to go into bluetooth settings and click the device to get it to work. am i missing a step to make the widget work automatically?

Have you gotten the OTA update? I did and then I couldn't connect to the hands free BT in my car. Fortunately it remembered my phone so I did the connection from the car, which worked.
