Ever wonder why the little ones are so wired at night? Blue Light emitting from your Android device can place a strain on your eyes making it difficult to go to sleep at night if you wrap up your day with your favorite device. The Bluelight Filter app for Android reduces strain on the eyes by reducing the blue light on your screen. This allows your eyes to relax making it easier to fall asleep! Head to the link below for the download.

Twilight app is higher rated and also works with your Android wear devices.

I've been using Twilight Pro for the past year and it's great! I'm on my phone or tablet for about 45 minutes each night before bed & it's made a significant difference in how quickly I fall asleep. (compared to simply lowering the brightness) Highly recommend this app, or ANY app that provides this type of filter.
