Several way tie for me: Tower Raiders, Plants vs Zombies, Robo Defense, Gem Miner, Sentinel 3, Drag Racing. The thing these all have in common is I played them until my hands and forearms literally hurt from holding the phone a certain way!

A tie between Shine Runner and Riptide GP. Not only are both games top notch, so are the developers. While both completely different as far as gameplay goes, they both show what mobile gaming should be.

I bought riptide and the graphics are terrific but shine runner is more fun.

I also think crystal defenders might be the best tower defense game on the market...though it needs more levels.
