audio problems

I am having problems with the audio skipping on my fascinate. I have done a factory reset twice and it has not fixed the problem. Any suggestions?

Skipping as in? It could be beyond your fix and may require a replacement.

When I am listening to music it skips through the speaker or headphones

Could be your headphone jack. Try wiggling it and if it cuts in and out that's the problem flashing

Thanks but no change. Could it be because another program is running as well? Last time it skipped an app was downloading.

That could be a factor. I have never came across that, I have had my phone freeze up and the music not stop playing forcing me to pull the battery.
