AT&T vs VZW LG G2???

Getting ready to dump VZW in favor of AT&T. I am having a time getting my VZW G2 fully unlocked. So I am considering flipping the VZW version and buying the AT&T version outright. Anything with AT&T smartphones that I should e concerned with??? Do they make any noticeable changes or lock things down??? I know the rear button configuration is different. Well I should say normal like the other two carriers versions. Anything else AT&T does to restrict their smartphones???

If you're going to buy at full price anyway, look into an unlocked phone. As we all know the carriers slather on a bunch of useless junk and lock down functions. It took me quite a while to enable tethering on my ATT G2. It wouldn't have been an issue at all with an unlocked phone. I'm already thinking about my next device And it won't be purchased through a carrier.
