Anyone know if the back of the M8 can be taken off or...?

OK, this is going to strike some people as odd - but so be it, lol.

I really like the HTC M8 Harman Kardon edition from Sprint (I am a Sprint customer) - but cannot stand the look of the "champagne" color...

Is there anyway of having the back taken off of this phone (I guess the champagne colored speaker grills are attached to the back part?)?

I would like to have the champagne colored speaker grills professionally painted a black color to match the rest of the phone.

Anyone know if this is possible?

Again, I realize this might strike some as odd...

Update - it seems as though just the speaker grill covers themselves are available...

So they could be removed, painted a black and put back on.... I believe...
