Somewhat of a strange request, but I've never seen or encountered a phone video player with this capability...
Basically, I'm an MMA fan, and have numerous fight videos that I enjoy watching, but would enjoy them even more with the capability to slow down, and watch them in extreme slow motion, or a frame by frame setting.. Just much easier to grasp/watch the technical aspects of a lightning fast sport, when you can slow it down enough to see every nuance of footwork/timing etc.
