Android 2.3 is a Nexus S exclusive, other devices to get 2.4 instead?

Not the one I read, but basically its the same thing. The one I read talked about how I think 2.1 was only for the Droid and how other phones went from 2.0 to 2.2 or something.

The Fascinate has been stuck at 2.1 Eclair for a good while now (no "official" 2.2 released), and it isn't a Droid.

I don't exactly remember what version the article I read refereed to, there are to many of them. Point is, its possible that the Droid X wont get 2.3 if the article above is correct.

i am a newbie looking for GB for my droid x

maybe that is why i can't find it! should i not customize my droid too much until gb becomes available bc i will lose all of my settings? THANKS
