Adw question

I'm sorry to ask such a noob question but how do I apply a downloaded adw theme?

From the home screen menu>more>adw settings>theme preferences

tappin and a talkin

first go to the market and download one of Sean yOrk's ADW themes, many colors to choose from. then goto theme preferences (home screen menu>more>adw settings>theme preferences) and choose a theme
