This is my first post on this forum. I often find answers to my troubleshoot questions without having to post. THANKS!

I have a Droid2Global. The Adobe site says that Flash Player 10.1 was supposed to be pre-installed. It does not seem to be. At least I do not see it. I do have Adobe Reader and it works well.

So I downloaded Flash Player from the Android Market. It is Flash Player 10.2. It says it is installed but it is not listed in my applications. When I look at it in the market it says open / uninstall. The open tab is light gray and does not click open.

It is not working.

I googled this issue, searched this forum and checked on the adobe site as well as spoke to a Verizon representative. No luck.

My issue is that I do not have Flash Player working on my phone and it should be there.

Any tips or suggestions?

Thank you in advance!!

It's not an app you launch. You can't open it. You keep it installed to view flash from websites. Makes sense.

Swyped from a Droid

That makes sense. But my concern is that it is not working. I am on a chat with Motorola.

I had to do a factory data reset.

Now it is working.

Motorola helped.

Thank you!
