action memo not saving memos on note 3.

I'm pretty sure the action memo worked a few times and now,even after it says it saved to action memo, there's nothing there. There are no memos at all. What?

Hmmm weird .. maybe try clearing data on action memo under manage applications and reboot phone. ..

Ok, so when I went to application manager, there are 3 action memo apps there??? I cleared the cache on all 3 and rebooted and nothing changed. Help??

Okay everyone. .This doesn't make sense to me exactly but my daughter figured it out. The memos are color coded so even if you just left the app, you have to choose one of the colors to find your memos. So, if your memo was on blue background,you have to press the blue box to retrieve. I think all the boxes should just show up in all their respective colors but unless you know how to do that, at least my problem is solved. Thanks..
