A couple of my apps have Uninstalled themselves

Recently some of the home shortcuts for some of my apps have stopped working (notably Angry Birds, Mini Squadron, Slice it, and Fruit Ninja). These apps no longer show up in my drawer and when I go to "downloads" in the market, they aren't listed as installed. Can someone tell me what happened?

I'm currently running Sapphire 1.1 and ADW Ex

Stopped working but left the shortcuts?
Corrupt sd?
Reinstall?

I think I may have narrowed down the problem. All of these apps were installed to my SD card and I was trying to access them while "USB storage" was on (so technically the SD card wasn't mounted to the phone). Also, apparently the newest update for Minisquadron has been giving a lot of ppl problems, which is the only app that gave me this problem while the SD was mounted to the phone.
