Issue: After the last update, my Bionic will no longer connect to 4G. Before the last two big upgrades/updates I knew where to look on my phone to see if anything was switched. Now I don't.

Any help?

Have you tried doing the sim card pull?

Ummm...

I've pulled everything out at one point or another, yes. Is there a certain way I should be doing it?

The sim card is what gives the Bionic access to 4G.

The way I was taught was:
1) Power phone down..
2) Remove battery and sim card, then replace the battery
3) Power up completely (ignore the warning of the missing card)
4) Power down, remove battery, then replace sim card and battery
5) Power up

This should reacquaint your phone with the 4G network. You can also go to a Verizon store and have the card replaced. They should do that for free; I did the sim card pull one day and managed to stick the card in backwards. It fried the card and they replaced mine for free, even when I told them what I did.

Tried both those methods and neither one worked. On to Verizon then.

Thanks guys
