4g icon help

    I need clarification i guess..in the toolbar where it says 4g what should the arrows that point up and down do? What do two unlit arrows mean? What to two lit arrows mean? What does flashing arrows mean?

    The up arrow means it's uploading, and the down arrow means it's downloading. Two lit arrows means it's doing both, unlit arrows means it's not using your data connection to download or upload anything, and flashing I believe is what happens when it either uploads/downloads small bits of data (download, stop, download, stop, etc.), or it's trying to get a good data connection before staying lit.

    Hello,

    I have a question. When I turn on the data on my phone. Samsung Galaxy S4 (4G LTE) the 4G icon just blinks. It does not stay on. What could be the issue here?

    I really want it to work. What can I do to six it. any help will be great.

    Is it the 4G icon that blinks or the arrows below it? What model is the s4? Carrier?

    I am not too sure about the Carrier info.
    It is the actual 4G icon that blinks. when i turn on the data, it just blinks. on - off - on - off - on - off ....

    No, I was thinking that it may be an issue with the phone itself. When it flashes, it is like the data is turned off.
    I cannot browse at all.
