It should be release by late June/ 1 st week of July for Verizon and mid to early June for att my assumption.

Android 4.0 through 4.3 os dialer is better than gingerbread 2.3 os. To me android 2.0 os -2.2 os was better. 1.5 os and 1.6 os okay dialer.
