When the HTC One M8 first came out with its dual cameras, Ufocus, and gimmicky 3D effect I had all my friends and colleagues drooling. The 3D effect actually sold a few of them on the device. They decided to ditch their Iphones for an M8. The 3D effect is pretty neat on the M8 the only issue is that you have to have an M8 to see the effect. In other words if you upload the picture to facebook it just looks like a standard picture. Thanks to the phogy app you can actually achieve this affect on any Android device. You can also share your 3D creations with anyone who has the phogy app on their phone. The app actually takes a video, splits it in to pictures and stitches it all together to make a 3D photo. Using this app is pretty simple just snap the photo, you have about 3 seconds to move the phone to the right, it then process the image and spits out a 3D photo. You can grab this app for free.
