Z4 Root

Hello everyone, I wanted to root my droidx for a while but I am slightly nervous about doing so. I've downloaded Z4 root and I was wondering if there is any precautions or steps I should follow with it?

Make sure you choose permanent root... should take less then a minute,and you'll be on your way

Thanks, I did it and the permanent root was successful. The only other question I had was, if i was to download Droid X overclock and titanium would Verizon care when I eventually come in to get an upgrade? Granted I would unroot the phone first before bringing it in.

So after I installed Gingerbread (nothing but problems) I'd really like to go back to being rooted. I don't know much about rooting but used Z4 last time, is there a Z4 version for GB yet?

Nope no root for gingerbread as of yet. But you can sbf back to Froyo reroot and install rooted gingerbread. I'll update post with a link.
