Is there a way I can get my youtube working,i have a droid incredible and a htc evo and it does it on both phones. Can someone please help

Exactly what does it do and what are you trying to do that isn't working? You really haven't given us much info besides it doesn't work. If it doesn't work on both phones maybe its something to do with your account.

For me I logged into my You tube account on my Droid and I'm in.

The only problem I have ever had is when I attempted to email a short high def clip to my YouTube. I forgot to account for the fact that even a few seconds of high def video is bigger than the 10 meg limit that most email systems have.

Well the problem is that every time I try to watch a video it shows for 2 min than say video can't play

The only time I have had this happen is when I wasn't on wi fi and I was in a bad 3G zone.

My 3g signal and antenna signal is both strong when I start watching videos

Try clearing data/cache in all applications under settings see if that works

Also do you have any background processes running, maybe a task killer?

Your screen timeout is set to 2 minutes?
