Youtube App Issue.

So I did a forum search fo youtube app issue, and nothing addressed my issue, so heres a thread for it.

When I use the youtube app which is preinstalled on my droid x, I have search issues. It will list x amount of results, but will not list any of the results, instead it will pop up a black screen with white letters that say no videos found, however on the upper left corner in white letters it will say 343 results, for example.

Whats the deal with the app not showing the videos?

I tested using youtube through the brower and the videos come back no problem, just not on the app.

Is this solely a problem with my phone?

I would try uninstalling the app and reinstalling. I have never had this issue but I'm on the droid 1. One issue I am having is with the YouTube widget. I cannot click on the search button or the record button, But I think that is a known issue with froyo.

This might sound stupid, but I have no idea how to uninstall it. It came preloaded on the Droid X and its not listed in the manage applications section.
