You probably shouldn't have bought a DROID if...

you're waiting for the Cubs to win the World Series

Ooh, that one cuts me deep.

Ahem.

You probably shouldn't own a Droid if...

...you think that new Jitterbug looks pretty sharp.

...you pronounce it "Motorolo."

...you freak out when there are more than two windows open on your taskbar.

...you think Apple's policies are juuuuust fiiiiine.

...pinch-zooming was the major selling point of your phone.

...you don't seem to understand that the Droid is angular on purpose.

...you buy phones as fashion accessories.

if... you're waiting on a phone made by a particular phone manufacturer known for their UI built on top of android which is supposedly bigger and badder in terms of performance and hardware than the droid which also may or may not exist... lol

I was about to post the firefly phone haha, but for hahas I googled my old samsung n400 sprints 1st color pcs phone and now someone wants 999 for it haha, the good ole days of cell technology I remember using sprint pcs when they were new and used to analog roam in some spots. tell you what though I never dropped a call back then though

you still use a star-tac or a bag-phone

Now there is a memory... I actually still have my Micro StarTac Lite hidden away in a closet. Almost pitched it about a year ago, then decided to show it to my kids who got a good laugh out of it. It still will power up, make those whacko noises it made.

Decided I'm going to keep it around as a memory, who knows some day it might be collectible. It was my first cell phone... at a time when they were called "Car phones", and they were almost always mounted permanently in the car. It was a wicked cool device at the time, smallest anyone had seen, and you could <gasp> take it with you! You could get about 45 mins of talk time on it if you were careful, and you measured stand by time in hours not days.

Might have to get it out some day and snap a picture of it next to the Droid.
