Yet another case question.

Hi everyone, I joined this form just so I can get some help. I am looking for a specific case for my Droid HD Maxx. I would like a wallet style case like this:View attachment 68347 (I can't get this picture to post, just the link). This one is for the Droid Maxx so it won't work for me. The closest I can find is this: View attachment 68348. It's the style I want but it doesn't have the slots for cards that I'd like. I've scoured the internet for the perfect case but I fear it may not exsist. Any ideas or resources where I might find a wallet style (leather, fold over cover, slots for cards but thin etc) case for my HD Maxx? Thanks,
