Yes, Amazon's Kindle Fire is a $199 Android tablet

The kindle tablet fire can be modified to load more apps. Rumor has it hackers have found a way to lift the restrictions put on the device for loading apps making it more competitive in the market now. Of course this just a rumor but I wouldn't put it past a hcaker to figure something out like that...Which would be a better buy, Kindle tablet fire at 199.00 or the Nook tablet by Barnes and Noble for 249.00?

Modifying I-Pad and Tablet Fire for your TV

Has anyone heard if you can integrate the I-pad or Tablet Fire with your TV? Another words can you use it kind of like a TV controller so to speak…I know you can do some programming with these devices I just don't know what the limitations are and would like to know before buying one
