Yahoo email notifications - do they work?

Who uses Yahoo email? I don't use gmail for my main email, but rather Yahoo. I've checked the setting in the Yahoo app for notifications in the status bar, however I still don't get notifications for new emails. I had this issue on my old phone (Droid X). Does anyone else have this issue?

It worked for me. I set up my Yahoo mail through the eMail app. I started getting lots of notifications. I don't like getting email notifications because I get too many so I set it to not sync, but I still kept getting them. I then turned off notifications and that finally stopped them.

I have had no issues getting notifications for my yahoo e-mails.

Works great for me, often get notifications before my Yahoo email on PC lol
