Processor:
-Incredible: 1 GHz Qualcomm QSD8650 with a Core-embedded GPU (AMD Z430)
-X: 1 GHz Texas Instruments OMAP 3630 with a dedicated PowerVR GPU.
RAM:
Both have 512 MB of memory.
Storage Space:
-Incredible: Supports up to 32 GB microSD card.
-X: 8GB Flash Memory and support for up to a 32 GB microSD card.
Android (Release Version):
Incredible: Android 2.1 Eclair with the HTC Sense overlay.
X: Android 2.1 Eclair with the new NinjaBlur Overlay (with an OTA update to 2.2 FroYo this summer or fall)

If it were me (and assuming both were available when I wanted to purchase) I would buy the X. I like Sense and all, but adding Sense makes UI updates take so much longer.
I know Moto has ninjablur on the X, but they have been saying for a while now that the X doesn't have motoblur, so maybe their addons are just Moto written apps or something that doesn't require it to be integrated directly into the interface (like Sense is).
