Wont let me enter text or use voice enter

Past couple days my phone wont let me enter text. I reset the phone, it works for a text or 2 then stops working. I try the voice button and it wont come up. I mess with input language and stuff like that then after a bunch of that itll start to work, then after a couple messages it stops again. This used to happen every once in a while, Id reset it and it would be fine. But it didnt happen more once every couple of weeks.

Are you using a different keyboard? I have that issue depending on the keyboard I am using.

Also, does this only happen when sending text messages? Or typing anywhere in general? If it's text messaging, what text app are you using?

Standard keyboard

I use the standard keyboard and its every app on the phone not just texting. Also it wont let me turn on or off my wifi. And my clock freezes and screws up my alarm. This has happened before, but it never lasted.
