Won't connect to pc

Everytime I try to connect to my pc via the USB cable it just freezes my pc. When I unplug it everything goes back to normal. So I guess I can't back my phone up so no rooting for me. Anyone know why this is happening.....so frustrated right now.

Uninstall your drivers, reboot and install new drivers. Are you on XP, Win7, Linux, MAC? If you're on Windows, try these drivers: http://mypcdominion.com/Files/android/ROM_Tools/HTCDriver3.0.0.007.exe

i tried the link posted and I'm having the same issues. Guess I won't be able to back anything up my pc and Rezound are having problems....lol
