I have 2 problems.
Problem 1. After installing the Fission Gingerbread Theme with New Transitions, the wireless tether app said I did not have the correct kernal. I tried reinstalling the binaries but it still didnt work. My kernal version is:

My computer recognizes the phone and I can connect to it, but I get no internet access. On the wireless tether app, the speed is between 100-150 kbps download and upload, which is as slow as a retard. How can i fix this?
I think I need the file /data/data/android.tether/bin/dnsmasq where can i get it?
Problem 2: My droid 2 global's bluetooth peripheral driver won't install on my computer. I know this because after I paired it with my computer, I troubleshooted it on my comp and it said it wasnt able to install the bluetooth peripheral driver for the phone. Why isn't this working? This hasn't been working since I got the phone day 1.
