Uhh..

Quick question....

The fastboot seems to flash okay..

However, when I boot into recovery, I just get an exclamation point and the little android.. no menu options..

any suggestions??

... because you're only halfway there. From the android with the exclamation point, you need to push both volume up and down at the same time. Then see what happens.

EDIT: WoW!!! Thought I could help him out, but two others beat me to it. Too slow on the Moot.

Great news!

On a somewhat related note are we loosing the webtop for support in the flashing process? Some of us actually like that option.
Maybe an optional package? Yea I know most hate it!

Thanks again for all the work you put into this thing.

NO, we are not. SIGH. Webtop does not need to be flashed just to move between versions since um, surprise, webtop is dead. Moto's never touching it again. Since it's not going to change, there's no need to flash it. If you really need to, use the reinstall option.

Boot img creation's done.

Nothin sorry :( but i hear something is in the works at moto an Verizon but its pure rumor till my sources validate it

Considering today's Nexus news over at droid life I'm guessing the rumor Sargent is speaking of is a Motorola Nexus.

Hey SamuriHL, don't suppose you could put an option in the HoB to flash the default recovery.img before doing an upgrade for those people on CWM recovery?

ugh. I am am idiot. Beyond belief.

I went and flashed the cbt.bin file instead of waiting for a reply..

Now, I have an invalid cg version..

<sigh> I shouldn't have gotten excited and flashed before I read more about this... The days of the crack-flashing my og droid are gone..

Any suggestions before I go and buy a new GN?

Use the reinstall option. And pay attention this time. You're in this situation simply cause you didn't bother to read even the on screen instructions. That's kinda ridiculous and puts me in a not so patient mood.
